Privacy policy and Terms of service warning

I'd like to write this warning on the top of the privacy policy and the terms of service (translated, of course):

WARNING: IN NO CASE SHALL THE TRANSLATED VERSION BE CONSIDERED AS THE MOST RELIABLE SOURCE OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE/PRIVACY POLICY. In case an updated version of the document is available in the English version or the translation might be incorrect, the English version should always be considered as the most reliable source of the document.

To avoid fuckups in a court in case someone doesn't write correctly something in a translated version.
