Description
Describe the bug
I filled in my lightning address, the purple wheel showed. Then it said "Payment Sent" but it wasn't received. I have an open channel with Start9 HQ that I just opened today. I haven't been doing anything with RTL for well over a year so I'm extremely rusty and wasn't great at this to start with. I recall having this problem that was solved the last time, too, but I don't remember what it was.
I also have an inactive peer (CLN) that says I have a local balance of 2.5 mil sats and I don't know how to get them back (are they mine?)
If there's a better resource for me to go to get this information, please let me know. I did find the YT video to set up, which I watched, but it didn't address these issues.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to Transactions
- Click on Send Payment
- Fill in address
- No error message. Says sent but not sent.

Additional context
I don't know anything about this stuff. I just put some btc into this more than a year ago like an idiot. I'd like to be able to move it to a mobile wallet. Thank you!
