YHack2019 JetBlue Project Team Member: Iris Wang, Ruiyang Wang, Yong Zhang This project is mainly focused on analyzing the customers' sentiment of JetBlue. With the help of machine learning, we are able to extract the effective information from tons of tweets and get the concern of customers. Based on the result pie chart, company can find a direction to optimize their services and then realize the increase of profit.
