Valley Bottom Level Paths Differing Symbology & Missing Data between QGIS & ArcPro

When I add valley bottom level paths to QGIS & ArcPro, ArcPro displays data which doesn't not show in QGIS (see screenshot). In addition, both layers have differing symbologies.
