Cant seem to get the BRAT table to run. I get a RuntimeError: A column was specified that does not exist, during the 'Finding streams with multiple channels' part of the process. In Canada so using a different hydrology network than the NHD, am I missing some field I didnt see in the documentation?

@culland sorry for lack of response. This version of BRAT has been superseded by sqlBRAT. There are a lot of things that can go wrong with these arcPY dependencies. As you hinted, the fact you are running this in Canada (we have run it in Saskatchewan before) means you will have to trick pyBRAT into thinking it is still working with US NHD Data. One way to do this is download a full pyBRAT project (e.g. from http://data.riverscapes.xyz) and steal and curate your inputs to match the format of inputs in the right format.

You may also find @h-a-graham work on modifying BRAT for the UK of some interest:
