比如传递了一个包含四个垂直角度值的向量（10、20、5 和 30），并将一个空的向量作为 user_chans 参数传递给 genUserChan 函数
Angles: 10 20 5 30
Channels: 1 2 0 3
并不是按照升序，代码里面不应该类似一个冒泡从小到大的排序算法
