Define manual tests for user management

Please, someone check the new test template and add tests to the After Login section. I don't know of all the expected behaviours and KnetMiner doesn't seem to recognise me as a Pro User (KnetSpace says I have that role).

Also, please, run the new version of that test (the current one works fine).

@marco-brandizi this is ready for review. Since you don't have an account which is registered but free, you would need to make one to test thoroughly. I've made sure it works, but you can read over it and mark this as complete if you're happy.

@lawal-olaotan if you have time, feel free to review the After Login section.
