Given that the reservations are actually ordered based on real time, It would be helpful to indicate to your users that he needs to call the rsvsort function in order to "refresh" the order and have a real time update when it comes to the ordering of reservations. This is especially the case with reservations that are going to expire soon.
As indicated in the picture below, the time is actually past the reservation, but the reservation is not updated unless I call the rsvsort command
