Help window not showing up after minimised

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch the application for the first time to load initial data.
2. Run help
3. Minimise the help window
4. Type help command

Expected behaviour

It Should re - display the help window

Actual behaviour

Help Window does not show up

Reason for severity

Some users may accidentally minimize the window, when they want to use it again, it is not there
