hey, i use windows 11 and whenever i open ds4 windows, it gives me a notification saying "you'll need a new app to open this ms- gamebar link" and gives me an option to go to microsoft store and select gamebar, this happens when i disable gamebar on widnows 11. I dont like having gamebar enabled. Is there any way to get rid of this notfication other than going back to windows 10?

Nope, DS4Windows isnt even the one calling it, Windows is. Don't intentionally damage your Windows install. Should have just disabled the shortcuts to launch it instead of removing it
