Feature Request: Ownership and Limits

Requesting that the ability to set limits per player be added to the plugin - and make those limits customizable so that different players can have different amounts of armor stands.

IMO I'd just have another plugin limit the amount of armor stands the player can place, since this plugin's focus is to just edit an existing armor stand (has no concept of "who" owns an armorstand).
