SmileBASIC 3 and 4 files are very similar, which makes it easy to parse these files with similar logic. On the other hand, PTC/mk2 files are a complete different beast, and I have very little knowledge on how to implement these in a reasonable manner.

@ajc2 has expressed interest in working on adding this functionality, so I'll be assigning this issue to them.
