Feature Request: Minor cosmetic updates

### Description 

1. Be able to modify the size, color, and scaling of the seed points as shown. 
2. Be able to toggle the slice viewer to only see seed points in that slice, and no other slices. 
3. Be able to change the name of tools to a "nickname"
