Sign up input not constrained (service provider)

Description:
The signup form fields, for service providers and users, have no constraints whatsoever on the input (for instance, schedule field can take a negative decimal number).
Issue exists in these files/lines:

public/js/sign-up.component.js
public/partials/sign-up.template.html

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Go to homepage (/#/home)
2. Click on "service provider"
3. Click on "click To signup"
4. Click on "click To signup"
5. Write any random data in any field
6. Click on "Sign up"

Expected result:
Inability to click on "Sign up", a warning message before clicking or a failure message after clicking.
