Rate constraints are not correctly displayed

3: Description: When I change the html code from Google chrome inspection in rating, to make it accept text in general instead of number and removing all front-end constraints on the rating field to be not necessarily a number. I can’t submit the rate without any message that displays what’s wrong, as if nothing happens.

4: Steps to reproduce the issue
4.1) Open the home page and login.
4.2) Click on Play in the navigation bar.
4.3) Choose any activity and try to do what I have done in the description above.

5: Expected result: Displaying a message to the client specifying that the rate should be a number from minimum to maximum value.
