Duplicate error adding review

3. Description: Getting duplication error adding review

4. Steps to reproduce the issue:
1- go to a service and add your review
2- go to another service from related services
3- try to add a review to this service
5- it will give you a duplication error

5. Expected result:
normally adding the review but got

Just asking @mohabamroo is the issue that you cannot post multiple reviews ?

@Omarkojak sorry for the late reply. yes, this is the case but it vanishes when I refresh. it happens when I navigate to the service through the "related services" Tab. it seems -and I don't know how- like the post/delete review container is not refreshed when navigating to another service.
