Include document status (or similar) in generated PDF filename #281

Currently the PDF generated from the HTML document has a filename composed purely of the document number and title. This filename:

is not unique
makes the PDF look like it's for the final version of the document

This will become very confusing when multiple PDFs for a document are stored on the same machine...
