FEDRA should not install `setup_new.sh`

In the best case, this exports variables again which are set by the module `sndsw` (and hopefully directly by `FEDRA` in future), while on CVMFS it actually overwrites the variables with nonsense (the path where it was built, i.e. a path on the OpenStack VM).

Until FEDRA gets a proper build system, we can just delete this file after running the install script.
