Bug Report: Default values when adding condo information for a property is not stored

Describe the bug
The default values in the CondoAddForm aren't being considered when submitting the form. You need to switch to any other value for the form to submit. This is an issue when you only have 1 valid condo unit number, as you can't switch to a different number. In this case, the form can't be submitted

1. log in as a condo management company
2. click the arrow to see detailed info on a property
3. try and add a condo unit
