AT - Generate Annual Report #285

This AT is for #63
User Acceptance Flow:
- User signs into the app with admin credentials.
- User navigates to the dashboard.
- User selects the "Financial" tab.
- User selects "Condo Fees".
- User selects "Annual Report".
- User selects the property they would like to generate a report for.
- System generates the annual report for the selected property, showing the amount of condo fees collected so far.
- System displays the generated annual report to the user.
- User reviews the annual report for accuracy and completeness.
