Description of the problem

  • Application version: 3.0.0 (and probably 2.9.7 as well)
  • iOS version: Any
  • Device: Physical (workwing in Simulators)

From the iPhone Settings application / battery, we can see background activity simple resumes.

I played one content in background, switch with continuous playback to the next one and stop after 15-20 seconds.
I didn't kill the application and iOS seems to not catch more activity in background.

I propose a try to also test #224 .
Xcode Organizer view can help us to follow battery usage in next iterations.
