RTS TV / radio scheduled livestreams not well supported

When playing an RTS scheduled livestream, a timeline is displayed for the program currently on air, but tapping on them leads to an inconsistent behavior.

We should have a look at the media composition and our implementation to see where and how this should be fixed.
