Replace satyr.io placeholder image service with another, since satyr.io is no longer operational.

Eventually, this functionality can be brought in-house to Genesys itself.

For now, might be able to use https://placeholder.com/ or https://www.colorbook.io/pages/placeholderimagegenerator
