In contrast to how SUSE has been publishing images in the past, soon (with SLE Micro 5.3 PAYG), SUSE will be the seller of record instead of the CSP. I've written up what that means here: https://confluence.suse.com/display/publiccloud/Third+party+publishing. Here is the first product we have published this way:

This should be covered by 0404dee now. Only supportconfig and a link to https://scc.suse.com/cloudsupport are still missing.
