  • start from empty system
  • restart endpoints including a helm one
  • status is synced (from previous system) however it's not in new system
  • helm endpoint does not appear in helm repos, so can't manually kick a sync off
  • helm charts list is empty, but helm repos list is populated and a manual sync can be kicked off from there
