This release sees the Helm functionality move out of technology preview and get an upgrade to Helm 3. Helm releases have been brought out to the
top-level under a new 'Workloads' side navigation item.
The Helm Chart has also been updated - the upgrade volume has been removed, custom annotations can be added to pods and other resources
and an external database can be used in place of the integrated MariaDB.
