Lokinet for IP mask

This or something similar has probably already been discussed, but I still think that enabling some kind of IP address masking would be a good option.

Lokinet is blockchain-based network or protocol and is not as well known as Tor, but it can be a good alternative that should be used as much as possible.

Of course, I2P and similar anonymous networks are also welcome.

The more new options, the better.
