backendとの連携を良くする #22

Step 1: 目的

dbgen/backendと、ecsに上がるイメージは同じバージョンのbackendを使っていることが予期されている
実際ミスの元
backendの変更に合わせてsubmoduleを上げるのはしんどい

Step 2: 概要

submoduleをやめる
どうにかして設定を一つにし(ブランチ名orタグ名)、それに応じたイメージを使いつつbackendはその都度cloneしてくる
