Remove accidental artifact files committed to repo root (nextjs@0.1.0, eslint) #58
Description
Two files with no extension — nextjs@0.1.0 and eslint — appear to have been accidentally committed to the repository root. These are almost certainly the output of running npm install or npx commands without redirecting output, and are not valid source files. They pollute the directory listing, may confuse contributors, and could interfere with tooling. They should be removed and added to .gitignore.
