What's wrong with the existing documentation

The current documentation lacks detailed instructions on setting up the developer environment for contributors who want to work on both the frontend and backend of the Spring Music Player project. This update aims to provide clear, step-by-step guidance to streamline the setup process and ensure a smoother onboarding experience for new developers.
