Jacqueline is the lens through which I’ve come to understand true partnership. Since that day in August when we got engaged, my perspective has evolved from seeing her as my favorite person to seeing her as my entire home. She is a reminder that even in the face of the most daunting challenges, there is a beauty in staying, in fighting, and in simply being 'us.'
