Shows active (and completed?) streams. Their progress, etc... Or possibly just links to Sablier for this? TBD

From a UX standpoint I think it would be good to have this built in to the app. Helps with this bounty as well.

Info to show here:

Stream start date
Stream end date
Recipient
Amount
Visually show percent streamed
Any details submitted with the proposal
Proposal ID that initiated this stream
