Add a /pipe [filename] command that saves the last assistant response to a file.

Requirements

• /pipe output.md saves the last assistant message content to the file
• /pipe with no filename uses a timestamp-based name
• Shows file path and size after saving
• Works with the existing HISTORY list

You ask TrashClaw to write a script, then /pipe script.py to save it directly. No copy-paste.

My approach:

1. Add /pipe\ to the slash command parser
2. Access the last item from HISTORY list
3. Write to specified filename or timestamp-based name
4. Display file path and size after saving
