[Feature] Update downloading CSV feature

Description

The previous website allowed the admin to download a CSV file, we want to allow the admin to download the CSV file with the same files and with a date column of when the item was added.

Steps:

• Go to old (V2) website and check which columns are in the downloaded CSV (admin side, download csv)
• Update the V3 download function to include these columns
• Add a new column with the date of when the item was added to the website
