Add visual effect for time left #34

It will be nice if we can have a visual effect that show the time left before the toast auto hide.

Something like a progress bar or a circle on the close button like in KDE:

I second this or a bar on the bottom. Not sure if it is possible within vanilla bootstrap?

you may be able to layer a progressbar
