using a jetpack while off-grid on a mech breaks movement

1. have a jetpack in your suit or back slot
2. go off-grid (space tile)
   2.1 mech starts flying like intended
3. activate jetpack
4. cant move in any direction
   4.1 cant turn jetpack off

ejecting out of the mech fixes it
