Notify when a followed streamer is tagged in a stream title

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Streamer A, which I follow but do not watch frequently, is streaming an event on its own channel featuring Streamer B, which I do follow and watch frequently, but Streamer B is not streaming.
I do not see the whole title in which Streamer B is tagged (with the @StreamerB Twitch feature), and am not specifically interested in Streamer A, so I miss this stream.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to be notified when a streamer I follow is featured on another streamer channel.
I would also like to see this stream in my stream list even though I'm not following the hosting streamer.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Reading carefully every stream title (e.g. by hovering it in the stream list) to check if there is any streamer I like participating
