To include a new option that allows user to configure binary name file ID decoding strategy during file extraction. Current options assume a 6-digit setup that is parsed to sub-1234_ses-56 format. The new option should leave the full ID (regardless of number of digits) for the extracted csv as some studies do not follow this naming convention.
