Improve Sign up UI.

What would you like to be added:
It would be a good idea to revisit the sign up flow and improve the UI and UX.

Right now the view is too much verbose. It would be a good enhancement to use icons instead of text where it is possible.

Follow a screenshoot where I highlight some of the texts that I believe that would be possible to replace with an icon.
I also believe that part of this improvement would be using just one column to present the data, instead of two.

Why does that say Johannes Kepler under my image... Even if it is an example, after we upload.... I would imagine it updates the example fields with ACTUAL data. I am not Johannes :P

You have two different accounts at play:

1. the SSO account, which is hard-coded on staging to use this name
2. the profile info you are creating

So it's pulling the name from the SSO info.
