Recently we've noticed an issue with Sentinel-2 data sensor data, in both the 1C and 2A levels.

Originally noticed in the web application:

Tracked to Sentinel-2 in GEE:

(see also https://code.earthengine.google.com/a04eb718e84d0ec3d76f9bf2691bd238)

We might need something to filter out bad data.
