We need to collect user stories so we can map out our feature plan:

• As a PL employee, I want to be able to see all of the repositories I am responsible for
• As a member of a PL team, I want to be able to see all of the repositories my team is responsible for
• As a PL employee interested in a github repo, I want to be able to see who is the owner/DRI for that github repo.

Additional user stories:

• As a PL employee, I want to discover all existing repositories linked to PL and see what projects are being active at the moment
• As a PL employee, I want to check if there was already work done in the direction I am starting to work
• As a PL employee, I want to discover other projects in a similar direction to my work and contact people to discuss certain topics in this direction
• As a PL hackathon DRI / startup operator, I want to validate if the idea from the hackathon wasn't already implemented within PL
• As a PL hackathon DRI / startup operator, I want to guide other teams to already existing solutions on their project topic
• As a PL employee, I want to discover other labbers personal projects to see their interests and contributions
• As a PL employee, I need simpler navigation across a variety of PL projects via keywords and labels
• As a PL employee, I want to discover new project to work on based on what is already happening in PL
