Game does not receive keypress' passed by Voice Attack or Voice Macro while in VR mode.

Started In Admin Mode
Targeted Active Window / Elite Dangerous (Client)
Verified Virtual Keybinds via Debug Mode
Verified Command Logic via Debug Mode
Verified Game Window in focus
Verified Mouse inside window
