A Chrome extension that customizes the video grid layout on the YouTube homepage.

🚀 Installation Guide

1. Download the Extension

Option 1: Clone the Repository

git clone https://github.com/SheeetFace/youtube-grid-home-extension.git

Option 2: Download as ZIP

Once downloaded, extract the ZIP file to a folder on your computer.

2. Install the Extension in Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome and go to chrome://extensions/.
  2. Toggle on Developer mode (switch in the top right corner).
  3. Click Load unpacked.
  4. Select the folder where you extracted the files.

3. Activate and Configure the Extension

  • The extension icon will appear in your Chrome toolbar.
  • Click the icon to open the popup and configure settings:
    • 🔄 Toggle the extension on/off.
    • 🎛 Adjust the video width using the slider.

🛠 Usage Instructions

  1. After installation, go to YouTube.
  2. The grid layout will automatically adjust based on the settings configured in the popup.
  3. You can change the video width at any time from the popup.
