Description
Hi,
First off let me thank you for creating this plugin which is absolutely fantastic, we can now use trainers on our SteamDeck without having to mess about using CheatHappens stupid Auroa application which is a pile of junk claiming to be FREE.
When every single trainer is locked behind a paywall, plus I despise the folks behind CheatHappens who are I FAMOUS for stealing others cheat codes.
This DeckyLoader plugin is absolutely spot on, very straightforward to set up and use, unlike the above that barely works half of the time.
Anyways with that said and done, to my feature request if its possible.
Could we add a feature so we can add multiple cheat trainers to a game.
I dont mean to try use more than one cheat trainer at a time for one game as this would be a stupid idea.
I'm basically referring to games such as HALO THE MASTER CHEIF COLLECTION, which includes 6 HALO GAMES.
When yoy launch the game up, you then select whichever game it is that you want to play.
But with this plugin, you can only set one cheat trainer at a time, so if you are to play a different HALO game, you have to keep changing your set trainer and navigate to the trainer for the game your wanting to play.
It would be handy if you could add multiple trainers and save so you don't have to keep manually changing it everytime.
And have it so that once you have completed adding each of your trainers per game, you have to select a on/off like slider which tells CheatDeck which trainer it is you actually want to run for the game you are about to play.
And to avoid users from trying to load multiple trainers all at the same time, have the on/off like slider to only allow one trainer to be enabled at a time, where it would automatically disable the previous trainer.
Not sure if this last part would be possible so maybe handy to mention in some notes section that users can't switch game then trainer during the same game session. User would have to completely close the game down first, then select different trainer for the other game they wish to play.
I know this doesn't really matter on windows because you can easily open the trainer from your desktop then change your game (having the other trainer closed), but im not 100% certain on how this plugin actually runs trainers to attach to your games process ID, if this is done at the beginning of booting up your game.
Or if it can simply attach itself at any point in time, but by default was set to support only one trainer as this is usually the case, users play a single game at a time.
But there's a few games out there that have a launcher to a collection of games.
Sorry for the long post, I simply wanted to try make it sound as clear as possible and not have it sound like I am requesting trying to use more than one trainer at a time for one single game.
Thanks.
