[Bug] Multi-environment feature always selects the first environment

When running shopify theme info -e env5 -e env2, the multi-environment feature is always using the first environment flag:

This should be fixed with the merge of this PR. This bug shows when calling theme info using multiple environments that don't specify a theme in their .toml file. It happens as we call fetchDevInfo which calls into getThemStore. This is rectified in the PR above where we using an async local storage tha keeps context for each environment. @dejmedus, can you confirm?
