Resource picker buttons pushed off screen on small screens

Summary

Users are experiencing issues where the Add and Cancel buttons are pushed off screen when they select products. This happens on small devices and with languages that have long translations.

Expected behavior

Buttons should remain onscreen and actionable.

Actual behavior

Buttons are pushed off screen by the selected products text and are not actionable. This mainly seems to be an issue when long translations are combine with mobile devices.

Likewise seems to be an issue Shopify Admin

Steps to reproduce

1. Open app in browser that has resource picker
2. Open resource picker and select products
3. Open developer tools and resize screen width to make it narrow. Reduce width until buttons drop below the text.
