Browsing the raw catalog — filtered tables of Groups/Components/Templates — is exactly the "drab spreadsheet" this is meant to replace. The `guild-hall` entity (`spec.type: hub`) was seeded as a placeholder anticipating this page. This design turns that anticipation into a real plugin: a **hub page** that introduces the practice layer at a glance, and a **card system** reused on entity pages when you drill in. The bar is *great presentation* — curated, human-readable cards, never a metadata dump — even at the cost of a few days' work.

+Each guild gets a **generated coat of arms** — GitHub-identicon energy, but a real heraldic device — giving every guild an instant, memorable identity (you recognise a guild by its arms before reading the name), and a brand-new guild has a device the moment it exists.

Dogfooding falls out cleanly: **running a guild hall is itself a practice**, so the guild hall's operational scaffolders are the adoption templates of the guild hall's own practice. **v1 ships at least a light dogfood**: a `guildhall` practice + its aspect (with one or two mock adoption Templates tagged `guild-hall`), so the hub demonstrably runs on its own model rather than only describing it.
