Problem

The code apparently has the ability to model prestress (an initial stress field in the solid domain present at the beginning of the simulation). However, we do not test this. This is an important feature in cardiovascular modeling: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0168874X10002106

Solution

Add this test case from svFSI-Tests to the svFSIplus FSI tests. Possibly add additional prestress tests for struct and ustruct
