Test Carotid+Magellan Cases

• Produce TEXT and VTK outputs. Want plots of the TEXT outputs showing (at minimum) flows/pressures at the outlets (and maybe locations along the vasculature). VTK outputs will show WSS and Displacements.
• Verify results by hand or against a SimVascular model (ask @caseyfleeter if the latter, she has thoughts on how best to do that). Provide a brief write-up or plots of verification for the documentation.
• Note: All input files in /test/openloop for this model should work; will need to replace OUTPUT TEXT with OUTPUT BOTH so you don't need to run twice.
• Note: in the /test/openloop folder is a matlab script for plotting flows/pressures. Will need to be adapted slightly for your computer setup.
