Export IFC 4 - no documentation

I did not find any documentation for the options of IFC4 exporter.

The most recent doc I have is this one.

The existing documentation is for IFC 2x3. It does not match with IFC4, at least what I see in the dialog of IFC4 export options in the GUI.

At the moment the API doesn't have a way to select which IFC exporter to use. It's currently hard coded to IFC 2x3. This is already tracked internally as an issue.
